MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The Minnesota Timberwolves won nine more games than they did a season ago and saw Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio make it through the entire season without injury.

But the season will still go down as a massive disappointment because they missed the playoffs for the 10th straight season. Now they head into an offseason filled with uncertainty.

It is widely expected that coach Rick Adelman will not return. But the biggest question facing the franchise is Kevin Love's future.

Love can opt out of his contract after next season, which means President Flip Saunders has to make the right moves to improve the roster and convince Love to stay. Saunders has already said he will not trade Love this summer.
