Winona Police Investigate Fatal Shooting

WINONA, Minn. (AP) — Investigators believe a man fatally shot at a Winona apartment was targeted by two assailants.

Police say 31-year-old Adam Tylor Fort of Winona was shot in the torso Sunday about 1 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities say two male suspects demanded money before shooting the man and fleeing in a vehicle.
