WINONA, Minn. (AP) — Prosecutors say one of the two men charged with a killing a Winona man during a robbery is fighting extradition from Wisconsin.

Lonnie Hudson is being held in the Marathon County Jail in Wausau, Wisconsin. He's accused of fatally shooting Adam Fort during a robbery attempt at the victim's Winona apartment Oct. 18.

A second man charged with being an accomplice in the crime, Reginald Burnett, has waived extradition from Will County, Illinois.

Winona Daily News reports a third person accused in the case, 18-year-old Kayla Mae Clay, had bail set at $250,000 cash during an appearance in Winona County Tuesday. Clay is accused of driving the getaway car and did not fight extradition from Trempealeau County, Wisconsin where she was arrested Oct. 22.
