Minneapolis, MN (Learfield Wire Services) -  A monster game by Andrew Wiggins led the Minnesota Timberwolves to a narrow 99-95 victory over Sacramento Friday night. 

Wiggins scored 32 points, took down 10 rebounds and handed out a half-dozen assists as the Wolves improved their record to 10-16. Minnesota owned the boards 49-31 against the Kings  DeMarcus Cousins led the visitors with 24 points and 11 rebounds, while Rajon Rondo contributed 13 assists. The Wolves came into the game with eight losses in the last nine outings. They travel to Brooklyn Sunday.
