Wetterling Memorial Service Set for September 25

St. Joseph, MN (Learfield)  --  A memorial service for Jacob Wetterling is planned for Sunday, September 25th at ten a-m at the College of Saint Benedict in his hometown of Saint Joseph.

The school announced the service late Friday and said other details would follow. Jacob had been missing since 1989, and his remains were discovered and identified last weekend. Danny Heinrich admitted kidnapping and killing Wetterling when he pleaded guilty this week to one federal charge of possessing child pornography.
