Undated (KROC-AM News) -  The Minnesota State Patrol is reporting another fatal motorcycle accident.

The Patrol says 67 year old Richard Hedeen of Davenport, Iowa was  driving his motorcycle in a construction zone on I-90 in Jackson County around 6:30 p.m. Monday when he lost control and veered into the other lane and collided head-on with a minivan.  Hedeen’s  wife Francois was also killed. The driver of the minivan  - 40 year old Sharon Rowlet of West Des Moines, Iowa - was treated for non-life threatening injuries. Three young children in her vehicle were not hurt. The wreck happened near the town of Jackson, between Fairmont and  Worthington.

A Plainview man suffered non life threatening injuries Monday morning after his motorcycle collided with an SUV. The wreck happened around 8 a.m. on Highway 42 in Plainview. Hurt was 44 year old Dean Hofschulte. He was driving east on Highway 42 when he collided with the SUV that was on County Road 4. The SUV was driven by a 16 year old boy from St Charles.
