Undated (KROC AM News) - Two people were killed in separate traffic wrecks in northern Minnesota Saturday night.

The first one happened around 8:45 PM near Bigfork when the driver of a vehicle left the roadway and rolled in a ditch. The Minnesota State Patrol says the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected and suffered fatal injuries. He was identified as 33-year-old Cody Goble of Bigfork.

The other deadly wreck occurred 10:30 PM in the Brainerd area, near Crosby.

The Minnesota State Patrol says a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Cole Magnuson of Minneapolis failed to stop at a rural intersection and collided with an SUV. The driver of the SUV was identified as 24-year-old Dekele Gurley of Crosby, who was alone in his vehicle. He wasn’t hurt.

Magnuson and a passenger - 50-year-old Colin Jorgenson of Minneapolis - escaped injury but another person in the vehicle was killed and another seriously hurt.

Killed was 49-year-old Brenda Magnuson.The two passengers who were hurt were 15-year-old Samuel Jorgenson, who was seriously injured and 12-year-old Thyra Jorgenson.

All had Minneapolis addresses.
