(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Minnesota Twins are bringing in free-agent catcher Jason Castro. Fox Sports reports the two sides have agreed to a three-year, 24-million-dollar contract.

Castro hit just .210 with 11 home runs and 32 R-B-I in 113 games for the Houston Astros last season.

Castro was thought to be the top catcher available on the free agent market. His biggest claim to fame? Pitch framing.

Catcher Kurt Suzuki has left for free agency.
