Rochester, MN (KROC AM News)  -The threat of severe weather in the Rochester area has led the Rochester Downtown Alliance to shorten the Thursdays on 1st and 3rd schedule.

The RDA says the event will begin as scheduled at 11 a.m. but it will end at 3 p.m. The RDA says the schedule could change, depending on the weather.

Meanwhile, Rochester Public Utilities says there were some more power outages Thursday morning due to severe weather and winds that moved through the city around 4 a.m. RPU says outages were reported in southeast and northeast parts of the city, including the Willow Creek School area.

As of 7:30 a.m., all the outages had been taken care of.
