WILLMAR, Minn. (AP) — Authorities say two young boys reported missing Tuesday were later found in shallow water near the Kandiyohi County Fairgrounds.

Willmar police say 10-year-old Idris Hussein and 11-year-old Ahmed Hashi went missing Tuesday night. Kandiyohi County sheriff deputies helped search for the boys.

KARE-TV reports the boys were found about 10 p.m. submerged in water near the entrance to the fairgrounds. They were pronounced dead at Rice Hospital. Police say there's no indication of foul play.

One of the boys' parents told police a shoe belonging to one child was found floating in Foot Lake near the dock at the entrance to the Kandiyohi County Fairgrounds. Authorities searched on land and used sonar and drag lines in the lake.

Meanwhile, authorities say a suburban Twin Cities man apparently drowned in a lake in northern Minnesota.The Itasca County Sheriff's Office was called at about 9:20 a.m. Tuesday on a report that someone was floating in the water and that a boat was going in circles on Cut Foot Sioux Lake near Battle Point.

Officials with the Itasca County Sheriff's Office, Itasca County Search and Rescue, Leech Lake and Department of Natural Resources responded to the scene.

The sheriff's office says the man has been identified as 58-year-old Michael Angelo Olynick of Brooklyn Park
