Third Guilty Plea in Child Porn Case

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Another Rochester man has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a recent child pornography investigation that led to charges against seven Rochester men.

20-year-old Lukky Chang is the third person to plead guilty in the case. He admitted Tuesday to four counts of possession of child pornography. 6 other possession counts and two charges of disseminating child porn were dismissed.

Chang is scheduled to be sentenced July 6th.

The cases are pending against the four other defendants, including 58-year-old Mark McGinley, who is facing federal child pornography charges and criminal sexual conduct charges in Dodge County.
