So what is next for the Rochester Public Library proposed expansion?  It's back to the Library board now according to Olmsted County Commissioner Sheila Kiscaden.

Commissioner Kiscaden talked with Rich Peterson Monday on Rochester's Good Morning about the Library's capital campaign.  The County said no to giving any money to support the campaign as it stands now.

Kiscaden questioned the need for what the library is proposing.  She feels  a cooperative venture with the University of Minnesota-Rochester makes more sense at a an area more easily accessible than the current downtown location.
