Body ID’D as Missing College Student
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department released a statement Monday afternoon indicating the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has tentatively identified the body recovered from a rural Rochester pond Sunday evening as 21-year-old William “Harry” Hempy.
