It may be the end of another school year, but the United Way of Olmsted County is already thinking about the fall. Their "Running Start for School" is an opportunity for area residents to donate school supplies for kids in need.  Jerome Ferson is the executive director for the United Way of Olmsted County and talked about the program with Rich Peterson on Rochester's Good Morning Tuesday
