Travel conditions are expected to remain difficult for much of the new night as snow continues to fall and gusty winds create slippery roads with very limited visibility.
The National Weather Service expects snow to fall across southeast Minnesota this afternoon and it could affect the evening commute and other travel in the region.
ROCHESTER, Minn. – (2:30 p.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation advises no travel in southeastern Minnesota because of difficult driving conditions with blowing snow and reduced visibility.
