Olmsted County Attorney Blames Domestic Abuse for Woman's Suicide

Olmsted County Attorney Mark Ostrem says the subject of domestic abuse was front and center in the case of a Stewartville man who was convicted Thursday of a stalking charge related to the suicide of his longtime partner.
