Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man, who was arrested in late May for sexually assaulting a Rochester teenager while he was on probation for a previous sexual assault, went before an Olmsted County judge Friday and pleaded guilty to a third-degree criminal sexual conduct charge.
