Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester police officers will likely be using body cameras as part of their normal uniform before the end of the year.

Two of the big issues this morning on Rochester's Good Morning with Olmsted County Attorney Mark Ostrem concerned the use of "body cams" by law enforcement and the recent "Child Abuse Task Force" report.
