ALBERT LEA, Minn. (AP) — The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has opened a criminal investigation after a bald eagle was found mutilated in a plastic bag near Albert Lea.
The Minnesota DNR is once again providing the public an “ up close and personal” view of a growing bald eagle family.
The DNR says three eggs were laid in mid January and the first birth was recorded February 24. At last check, the other two eggs were still intact...
