Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester woman who was under police surveillance  as a suspected drug dealer was caught in the act Tuesday afternoon.

Officers saw a car driven by 23-year-old Lacey Manuel parked at East Park and became suspicious when they saw some vehicles pull up and leave after a few minutes.

Officers followed Manuel when she left and eventually pulled her over because they were aware her license had been revoked. They searched her car and found 31 ½ grams of methamphetamine and $5,300 in cash.

Manuel is facing drug and other charges.
