Inver Grove Heights, MN (Learfield)  --  A man and woman are facing numerous charges after police say they found them with two garbage bags full of stolen mail from at least 164 different victims.

Television station K-S-T-P reports officers were called Tuesday, December 6th, to a gas drive-off at a SuperAmerica store in Inver Grove Heights.  Police spotted the suspect vehicle and stopped the driver, identified as 25-year-old Joshua Edward Ryan of Inver Grove Heights. The passenger was identified as 26-year-old Cynthia Marie Chavez of St. Paul.

Police say Ryan admitted to stealing gas, and police say they also discovered his driver’s license was revoked. Officers then searched the vehicle and say they found two garbage bags full of mail from at least 164 victims. Officers also found two credit cards that belonged to other people, and a glass bubble pipe that tested positive for meth.
