State Wants Costly Changes at Olmsted County Jail
The Minnesota Department of Corrections, in their annual audit of the Olmsted County Correctional facility, indicated changes are necessary in the way prisoners are held.
County Sheriff Kevin Torgerson was on 'Rochester's Good Morning' with Rich and K.D. this morning. He said the D.O.C. wants more separation between "problem" prisoners which, according to the Sheriff would require an expensive remodel.
The Sheriff is a regular guest on 'Rochester's Good Morning' on the second Wednesday of every month.
