Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Seasonal factors likely contributed to a small increase in unemployment in the Rochester area in March.

The latest jobs report from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development shows the jobless rate for Olmsted County rose a tenth of a point last month to 3.8-percent. The rate for March of last year was 4.3-percent.
