ROSEVILLE (AP) -- Police have made a second arrest in the deaths of two pedestrians who were struck and killed in Roseville last week.

Authorities say tips from the public led officers to a St. Paul bar where they found a driver believed to have been involved in Thursday's crash that killed 47-year-old Robert Buxton and 45-year-old Meridith Aikens.

Authorities say the 61-year-old Roseville man was under the influence of alcohol and was in his car attempting to drive away from the bar when police made the arrest Saturday night.

Police arrested a pickup truck driver who had stopped at the scene on Thursday, but had been looking for a second vehicle that likely hit one or both victims.
