Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The annual “Cruise” motorcycle run in southeast Minnesota that benefits the Rochester Ronald McDonald House is scheduled for Sunday.

This will be the 16th year of the event, which has raised over a million dollars since the first “Cruise” was held in 2000 with just 35 riders who raised $200.

Last year’s event included about 700 riders who raised $96,000.

There will be three stops during this year’s 107 mile run that will end at 4:00 p.m. at RCTC. The riders will be given a police escort to the Ronald McDonald House where a check will be presented to the staff.

The procession is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m.
