GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is expected to return to practice on Saturday.

The two-time MVP was placed on injured reserve six weeks ago after breaking his right collarbone in an Oct. 15 game against Minnesota.

The Packers have lost four of the five games started by Brett Hundley.

Coach Mike McCarthy says Rodgers will be evaluated Friday and the team hopes to have him practice on Saturday. Green Bay hosts Tampa Bay on Sunday and Rodgers is not expected to play.

Green Bay is 5-6 this season and wins against Tampa Bay and Cleveland next weekend could clear the way for Rodgers to return Dec. 17 at Carolina.

They host Minnesota the following game.
