In case you haven't heard or been paying attention the past couple years, one of Rochester's own is competing on one of the most physically demanding competitions on television, and you can see him face his next challenge tonight!

He may have just fallen short (literally) last month before finishing the course, but Rochester's K9 Ninja is ready to pick himself back up and try again as he tries to tackle the Minneapolis City Finals on NBC's most popular shows "American Ninja Warrior." You can read the full recap HERE.

Again taking place outside of US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, you can watch Roo Yori and the other top 30 competitors from the qualifying round face 10 obstacles, including a brand-new obstacle called "The Hinge."

This is Roo's third season on the show, and he's been a strong advocate in helping raise money for homeless dogs, hence his moniker "K9 Ninja". If you'd like to donate to his amazing cause, you can donate to his Wallace the Pit Bull Foundation HERE.

Find out if Yori moves onto Las Vegas TONIGHT at 7 p.m. and cheer him on locally on KTTC.

If you'd like to cheer on K9 Ninja with some of your fellow die-hard fans, then there's another viewing party you can join downtown Rochester at Dooley's Pub.
