Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester woman is expected to be charged with felony assault and damage to property for a weekend incident involving her ex-fiance.

Police say 36-year-old Erin Daniels was attending a party Friday night at an apartment in the 300 block of 31st St NE when she got into a fight with the girlfriend of her ex-fiance. She left but police say Daniels returned around 4 a.m. Saturday and drove her car at a friend of her ex-fiance as he was standing outside the building. She missed the man but struck the building.

Police say Daniels then drove to the nearby apartment of her ex-fiance’s girlfriend and backed into the bedroom area twice before driving off.  Police say the building sustained considerable damage.

Daniels was later arrested and spent the weekend in jail.
