Rochester Teenager Assaulted During Home Invasion
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester teenager who was high on dope was roughed up Wednesday night by three men who were apparently looking for his drugs.
The 19-year-old told police he “was very baked” after doing some drugs and watching TV when the masked men kicked open the front door of his home and confronted him.
The teen says two of them had knives and demanded his dope. The men then assaulted the teen and left with his phone and some video game consoles. He did not seek medical attention. The teen’s 21-year-old sister was there but she was left alone.
The victim told police it appears the intruders were in their late teens or early 20’s.
The incident happened around 10:15 p.m. in the 4400 block of 13th Ave NW.
