Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) - A Rochester teenager who was accused of being involved in an armed robbery near the downtown in December has pleaded guilty.

17-year-old Goch Khot entered an Alford plea to an aggravated robbery charge in juvenile court.  A judge has ordered Khot to complete an adolescent treatment program and perform 80 hours community work service. He has also been placed on probation until he turns 21.

Police identified Khot and another teenager as the ones who threatened a man with a knife and then robbed him of his phone and $300 in cash. The other suspect charged in the robbery is 19-year-old Lam Yieb, whose case is pending.

A third teenager was believed to be involved but he has not yet been charged. Police say that teen was a friend of the victim and it’s suspected he is the one who set up the robbery.
