Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - One of the three men charged in a recent Sunday afternoon shooting in Rochester was arraigned Monday on attempted murder and other charges.

Conditional bail was set at $500,000 for 25-year-old Abdirahman Abdullahi.

He was on the run for more than a month after the shooting before he was apprehended last week in Minneapolis.

Abdullahi and two other men are accused of being involved in the May 7th shooting near the North Broadway McDonald’s restaurant. Police say a car driven by a Rochester man was hit by three bullets. The suspects were identified as the men who were in the car the shots were fired from. The victim told police he was apparently targeted because of his role in a crime that happened in 2009.

Abdullahi was ordered back to court July 5th for another hearing.
