Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A man wanted as a suspect in a recent shooting in Rochester has been caught.

The US Marshalls Service apprehended 25-year-old Abdirahman Abdullahi Thursday on the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis.

Abdullahi and two other men are facing attempted murder and other charges in the May 7th shooting in Rochester. A car driven by a Rochester man was hit by three bullets while near the North Broadway McDonald’s store.

The three suspects were identified as the men who were in the car the shots were fired from.

The victim told police he was apparently targeted because of his role in a crime that happened in 2009.
