Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man who was being sought by police now knows what it feels like to be tased.

Officers went to a residence in the Oak Terrace mobile home park Tuesday evening to apprehend 31-year-old Corey Nevels. He was wanted on a warrant issued by the state Department of Corrections.

The officers were allowed to enter the residence and told Nevels why they were there. He became upset and when he began resisting, one of the officers tased him. Nevels was taken to jail and may be facing new criminal charges.
