Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  Rochester police are looking for a woman who caused damage inside an apartment and left behind a threatening message - apparently not realizing the intended victim doesn’t live there anymore.

Police were contacted around 8:30 PM Sunday about the incident in the 600 block of East Center St.

The landlord reported he had left for a short while and when he returned, found turpentine had been poured onto the kitchen floor and the oven had been turned on. The landlord also found a message had been written in glue on a pillow that read “ I gunna kill you bitch.”

A tenant told police she confronted the woman, who said she was looking for “her girl.” Turns out that person had moved out earlier.
