Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man was arrested early Monday in the downtown after throwing rocks at an officer.  

Mayo Clinic officials contacted the Police Department around 4:45 a.m., saying the man was throwing rocks at some of their security employees.  

The first officer to arrive spotted the man in the 200 block of 1st Ave SW.  The man first threw a rock at the officer and missed. He then charged the officer, who used a Taser to subdue him.

Arrested was 31 year old Kiri Tuon.
