Rochester Motorist Flashed by Man in Kilt
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Wabasha man wearing a kilt was ticketed for indecent exposure Sunday night - and the officer was just feet away at the time of the incident.
It happened around 7:30 at the Silver Lake Shopping Center. The man had just been involved in an accident with another vehicle and was standing in the parking lot as the officer finished his report. Moments later, the 40 year old walked up to a car and pulled up his kilt, flashing the male driver.
The driver told the officer, who wrote the Wabasha man a ticket. The officer also called the man’s brother, who came to give him a ride.
