Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man who took part in an armed robbery in Rochester earlier this year has been placed on probation and will have to pay restitution to the business.

19-year-old Andres Green was charged with showing a gun during the February 5th holdup at the Cold Stone Creamery store. He has been ordered to pay the store $200 restitution and was placed on probation for ten years.

Last year, Green pleaded guilty to a drive-by shooting and faced a recommended prison sentence, but was placed on probation after the judge handling the case found he was amenable to probation and “showed remorse” for his actions.

News Update: Attorney for Kasson cop charged with child sex crimes says his gunshot wounds are infected.
