Rochester Man Gets 5 Years For Sexually Abusing Vulnerable Woman
Rochester, MN (KROC AM news) - A Rochester man has been sentenced to 5 years in prison for having sexual contact with a woman described as vulnerable.
According to the criminal complaint, 36 year old Claire Johnson was charged in February this year. The incident happened in January.
Johnson pleaded guilty in September and was sentenced Monday. Besides the prison sentence, Johnson will be on supervised release for 10 years after he gets out of prison. He was also ordered to register as a predatory offender.
