Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester police arrested a man Tuesday after it was discovered he had a loaded handgun in his jacket pocket.

The arrest came after officers spotted a man wanted for a probation violation in a car at the Country Club Manor Kwik Trip store around 5:45 p.m. and took him into custody.

As he was being arrested, an officer ordered the driver of the car to get out and found the 45 caliber gun during a routine patdown. The driver - 20 year old Doward Agoth - pleaded guilty in October to carrying a gun without a permit and was placed on probation. He is now facing new charges.
