Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - One of the seven men charged in connection with a recent child pornography investigation in Rochester entered into a plea agreement with Olmsted County prosecutors on Wednesday.

29-year-old Evan Erickson admitted to five counts of possessing child pornography. In exchange, six other felony counts, including one charge of disseminating child pornography, were dismissed. He is scheduled to be sentenced May 21st.

The cases against the six other men are still pending. One of them, 58-year-old Mark McGinley, is now facing federal charges.
