Rochester Church to Hold Service for Shooting Victims
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The public is invited to Friday’s noon hour service at Rochester’s St. John the Evangelist Catholic church.
The downtown church says all are welcome to attend the 12:10 service during which prayers will be offered for the police officers shot in Dallas Thursday night and those killed in recent police shootings, as well as their families.
The mayor and police chief of Dallas have issued an invitation to cities around the country to join them in a noon hour prayer service for all the shooting victims.
St. John’s is located on 4th Ave SW, a block west of the Gonda Building.
