The beginning to Rochesterfest was filled with great weather, and last Saturday it began early with the Insane Inflatable 5K that took place at the Rochester Airport. The Insane Inflatable 5K fun walk/run incorporates large inflatable obstacles every few hundred feet that range from platforms to jump on, to slides, and large balls bouncing around hitting you and stopping you in your tracks.

There were a total of 1,547 runners all running in different waves from 8:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., and some people even ran multiple times thanks to an all-access pass that they could buy. Spectating the event was free and it had plenty to offer, from the run itself to watch, to food served by the nearby Ground Round, to a mini-bounce house for kids!
