Randy Staver And Jamie Rothe On DMC

The Rochester City Council voted to go ahead with the DMC proposal at a special meeting last night (Monday).  City Council President Randy Staver called Rich Peterson this morning with the details on that plus the hike in the city sales tax to help cover the city's portion of the project.
