Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - One of the people charged with assaulting a woman at a Rochester Park in June entered into a plea agreement on Tuesday.

25-year-old Caitlin Bodine of Rochester was sentenced to 90 days in jail, but 60 days of the sentence was stayed and she will be released to spend a year on probation after serving 30 days behind bars. A felony riot charge was dismissed through the plea agreement.

Bodine was accused of participating in an attack on a woman, who was punched and kicked after she was dragged out of a car at Slatterly Park. The victim was also robbed of a necklace during the assault, which was recorded on a cellphone video that was obtained by police.

Three other people are still facing charges in the case. 18-year-old Luis Aguilera and 18-year-old Briannah McKee are from Rochester, while 26-year-old Brittney Hoffman has a Pine Island address.
