Plans For New Rochester Apt Project Under Review
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News)- The plans for a proposed large apartment complex near the Eastwood Golf Course in southeast Rochester are currently under review.
If approved, the project could soon be under construction. The proposed project calls for three buildings that would contain a total of 209 market rate apartments.
The site for the project is located along Towne Club Parkway, south of the golf course and just off Eastwood Road.
The property was approved for development several years ago.
