New City Clerk

The current city administrator of Cannon Falls has been recommended to become the next city clerk in Rochester. Aaron Reeves has held his current job since 2008 and if his appointment is approved Monday by the City Council, he will start his new job January 21st. The new job will make his morning commute easier than it has been. He has been living in Rochester. Reeves will be replacing Judy Scherr

, who has been city clerk since 1996. Scherr began her career with the city in 1980 and will leave December 31st.
