N-L-R-B Accuses Menards Of Mistreating Employees

Eau Claire, WI (Learfield)  --  The National Labor Relations Board accuses the Wisconsin-based home improvement chain, Menards, of mistreating its employees.  There are 39 Menards stores in Minnesota.  

The complaint accuses Menards of withholding merit pay raises for workers engaged in protected activities and of forcing its employees to sign mandatory arbitration agreements.

Menards operates more than 280 stores in 14 states. The complaint could impact more than 45-thousand employees.
