She warned that violence won't be tolerated when the Hennepin County Attorney's Office finally decides whether to charge two police officers in the November 15th death of Jamar Clark.

Several groups say they took the chief's words as a threat aimed at them.  They say they won't tolerate any more violence against blacks by police officers.  The chief says her remarks were not intended to intimidate anyone.
