Minneapolis, MN (Learfield News Service) - Former star wide receiver Randy Moss is the newest member of the Minnesota Vikings' Ring of Honor.

He was formally inducted during a ceremony at halftime of Monday night's season-opening win over the New Orleans Saints at US Bank Stadium.

Moss had his number 84 unveiled along the facade of the upper deck.

He spent his first seven NFL seasons with Minnesota and returned for part of the 2010 season late in his career. The Marshall University product ranks second all-time to Cris Carter in Vikings' history in receptions, yards and touchdown catches.
