MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Minnesota Lynx guard Monica Wright has undergone arthroscopic surgery on her right knee.

The surgery was performed at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, on Thursday. The Lynx announced that Wright will be out indefinitely.

The 5-foot-10 Wright has been Minnesota's top reserve for the majority of her six-year career with the team. Wright missed the first five games this season because of a strained right calf muscle and averaged 2.1 points and 11.5 minutes over seven games.

The Lynx lead the WNBA with a 10-3 record. They host the Chicago Sky on Friday.
